my stay at this hotel was enhanced by its fantastic proximity to several key attractions, as it takes less than a 5-minute walk to reach the stunning Marienkirche church and a short stroll to the historical Buddenbrooks House Literary Museum, making my city explorations so easy and enjoyable.

Check-in procedures need clarity!!! The car park fills up quickly, leaving late arrivals stranded without a space!!! Some rooms lack basic amenities like refrigerators, which could be a minor inconvenience !!!

i was almost ready to give a glowing review, except for the fact that the air conditioning struggled to even reach a tolerable temperature, and the breakfast setup was a complete chaos. also, don't expect a fridge in the room, which is simply unacceptable for any self-respecting hotel. I mean, who travels without basic amenities?

we had a wonderful experience at premier inn. the room was clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the city. breakfast was great, and the cozy bar was a lovely spot to unwind after a day out.
